Because every piece is printed specially for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. We do stand behind the quality of every order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@modernwallart.in or on WhatsApp +91 98877 89744.
- Share your order number and an unboxing photo or video showing the damage or print defect.
- Once verified, we reprint and ship a replacement free of charge.
When a refund is given
If a replacement is not possible, or an order is cancelled before it goes to print, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before your piece goes to print. After printing starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
Not covered
- Minor colour differences between screens and print.
- Damage caused after delivery, by improper hanging, moisture or direct sunlight.
- Claims reported after the 48-hour window.
